You should appeal, basically you got annoyed by a stalker, took the piss outta him, and he showed his obsessive behaviour all the more by posting to the forums.
I agree, Daria, but first find out exactly what you're appealing. If it's a trademark infringement, take it down, apologize to LL. If it's anything else, then address it.
I just saw the posting in the Forum and came here to find out if it is true. Nooooo!!!! Oh for crying out loud, a fool and perv (and did I mention fool?) and his money, what is it $3.95US, were parted while he was annoying you and... I wish I could say I'm surprised. Meanwhile his violation of TOS posts are up. The upside is your blog stats have probably been screaming. So sorry Daria, 99.5% of the Forum posts were in your favor, which in itself is unheard of to get that kind of agreement. What Magnus said.
Yeah, you don't even know me, but whenever I ran across your posts I always enjoyed them. I don't know everything behind your getting banned, but it'll suck in the forums just that much more.
Repeal was denied. Site will go through a revamp TBA. Don't hold your breath, if I can't be bothered to use the forums anymore I doubt I'll be blogging much.
